Rent out EBM'S Mobile Grain Cleaner
The Gentle Roll™ Mobile Screener has the same options as the standard Gentle Roll™ screener, plus its mobility allows for use at multiple locations. It is most commonly used to separate mixed grains, but can be used to clean grain as well.
EBM RENTAL SCREENER INCLUDES:
- Gentle Roll screener with capacity up to 1,500 bph to clean grain (remove fines and overs) and to separate mixed grain approximately 700-1,200 bph depending on mix variables.
- Valve assembly with manual gates to direct product into one of (2) screw conveyors
- (2) screw conveyors, each has (1) discharge—one at the drive end of the unit and (1) discharge at the inlet end
- Equipped with (2) 5 HP motors wired to a panel
- Trailer includes double jacks, brakes, and safety railing.
Customer will need to supply power to the panel, conveyance to the inlet of the Gentle Roll as well as conveyance from each screw discharge.
